1)Chikhaldara
wildlife sanctuary:
This
sanctuary is named after Keechaka tourists found panthers, sambars, sloth bears
and even some time wild dogs.

2)Melghat tiger reserve :
Location : It is located
in Chikhaldara of Amravati district in ranges of satpura hills.
This
reserve is spread over an area of about 1676.93-sq-kilometers and is the only
remaining habitats of tigers in Maharashtra.
The
charming natural beauty of Chikhaldara hills can also be enjoyed from some hot
spots such as hurricane point, Devi point and Prospect point. Other interesting
places near Chikhaldara are gavilgad and narnala fort.
3)Chikhaldara
Ambadevi point :
Location : Shri Ambadevi temple is 1km towards the west from amravi Railway station and 1.5km from the Amravati Bus Stand.
Shri Ambadevi Temple is situated in the heart of the city of Amravati at Gandhi Square. It is a very old temple and even finds mention in the old gazetteers.
The legend of the temple goes like this.
4)Chikhaldara Government Garden :
The upper plateau area of Chikhaldara is with full of dense
trees, and locality of living people is negligible. The government garden is at
upper plateau.
The garden is open for visitors is at morning 8.00am to evening
7.00pm. The old name is ‘Company Garden’. Because it is constructed by the
foreigners.
Many years ago, Gawali people is situated on this garden area.
But they are migrated in the wast side. This side is called ‘Pandhari Village’
.
5)Mahadev Temple :
This temple is at 6km. from the KalaPani Lake. There is a way
from Mozari village to go towards this temple. The people visited this temple
in large nos. in the month of ‘Shrawan’ (after mid July ) on every Monday.
6)Bhimkund:
Situated 1.5 km through the village, this will be the place
where Bhima is said to get washed his fingers in a pond after killing Keechaka.
A 3500-foot deep valley and a stream about the left with the valley would be
the points of interest
7)Bir Lake :
This Lake is built under British government rule in Dec 1890.
This lake is built in basalt. It is used for soldiers in the British government
rle hence called as Bir Lake. The water was initially used for Chikhaldara
town. It also has a old garden but it is not well maintained.
8)Shakkar Lake :
Shakkar lake is on the way going towards Gawilgarh fort.
The water from this lake is used for water supply office by Maharashtra Jeevan
Pradhikaran. There is arrangement of water boats also. The tourist can enjoy
the Speed Boat, Pedal Boat, Scooter Boat etc.
9)Hariken Stage:
It’s situated at southern region with the upper plateau of
chikhaldara near govt garden. 1 can see the Gavilgarh fort, Mozari village,
Vairat hills as well as the enormous region from the below the hills side.
10)Sunset -Point :
The stage is located about the Vairat hills at Vairat. Which is
